High Volume Black & White Scanning

Our state of the art imaging capabilities allow us to perform high volume and complex black and white scanning jobs to your exacting specifications. As a result of our extensive experience in this area, we have developed a standard workflow process that helps us to ensure that each job we do is right the first time.

We take your original documents and scan them (using both CCD and high capacity drum scanners) into our central network file server. This permits the easy storage and processing of the documents. At the set up stage, our project supervisor and senior staff will establish the necessary project parameters, such as image key, page name, bates number format, file naming formats and field specifications for any data to be captured during scanning.

If necessary, our scan operators can enter additional metadata during the scanning process to allow easy identification of your scanned documents, such as folder text, binder text, exhibit numbers, and labels, especially when such materials will not be scanned. We also use optical mark recognition (OMR) technology to permit the scanning of data from client-customized forms.

Once all of your documents have been scanned into the system and organized as an image volume, our quality assurance team takes over, matching every single page in the image volume to the corresponding original, making sure that the scans are of the best possible quality and in the proper order, and confirming that no originals have been missed.

Finally, if requested, our quality control people can format your job for whatever software package you have chosen to load and view your images-including Summation, Concordance, IPRO, Doculex and many others.

We also offer high volume color scanning.
